Registration Information

Q: Supplier Name is already existing in the system

Ans: Please do not try to register as a new Supplier as you are already existing supplier with Eagle Hills. Please click on the Invitation link which is received in your email and create a user for yourself in the portal. You can then update your details and submit them for approval.

Q: There no Submit button for submission

Ans: Update the details and save then click on Update/Submit Button

Q: Can’t login in the system

Ans: Please try to login with user Email ID, which is the user has registered with the application

Q: NDA Update

Ans: Please click on Read NDA policy. And then A document will be downloaded. You can update, sign and stamp the document and upload the same into the portal

Q: Updating Project Experience Details

Ans: Please check if there are extra spaces at the end of the Email. Please remove them and try to save. The info will be saved

Q: Cannot Login with Initial Credentials or updated

Ans: If you are copying the email and pasting it, please avoid any extra blank spaces at the end of the email. That will resolve the issue or type the password manually.

Q: Uploaded Docs disappears from Supplier View

Ans: Docs still exists in the system, by clicking on View Doc button, Supplier able to see the uploaded documents

Q: There is no desire Product Services available on the drop-down list on Eagle Hills mSupplier portal related to Suppliers.

Ans: We have all the Product services available on the drop-down which are needed for the suppliers. If you did not find any product, please select “ Others “ option and prompt your product.

Q: Vendor name unable edit

Ans: Please write a detail document and send an email to procurement team for amending company name.

Q: Which Email ID supplier must Use for Login or Credentials creation

Ans: Supplier can use any valid email for credentials creation, But should not use duplicate email id when supplier credentials creation.

Q: How to get there in supplier Registration Profile

Ans: Can you please login to the portal and navigate using the below path. Login > Supplier Management > Registration Profile

Q: How supplier can submit the details if already updated and not yet submitted

Ans: Login > Supplier Management > Registration Profile> Please update your details and then click on Update/Submit button.

Q: How to know registered credentials & Email if the current representative can’t access

Ans: if any representative can’t access his account, click on ( Can’t access your account ) button from eagle hills home page and Please provide your valid email id and mobile no with which portal user account is created. An email will be sent providing your new password. If you don't remember your email/mobile no please contact Organization for further assistance.

Q: Trying to update our profile but it is not saving

Ans: Please fill and save all the information and then click on Update button.
